$30 Fee for preparation of closing letter will be charged. Additionally, a $20 expedite fee will be charged for requests less than 7 days prior to closing. Information required for closing Letter:
(1) Owner Name
(2) Buyer Name
(3) Street Address
(4) Legal Address {lot, block phase}
(5) Date of Closing
(6) Closing Company
