Dues Information: Dues are $200 per year payable on or before  December 31st for the upcoming year.  Statements are mailed around the beginning of November.

Board Meetings: Monthly Board Meetings are held on the 3nd Tuesday of each month 7:30 pm at the Owasso Community Center.  These are open meetings and residents of the Fairways are welcome to attend. 

Closing Letters: $30 Fee for preparation of closing letter will be charged. Additionally, a $20 expedite fee will be charged for requests less than 7 days prior to closing.
