The Fairways at Bailey Ranch Architectural Committee (AC) exists to maintain high standards for design, development, and maintenance of properties governed by The Fairways at Bailey Ranch Property Owners' Association (POA).
Improvement applications must be submitted to the AC 30 days before the proposed start date to give the AC time to review the submitted application and its attached documents, contact the property owner for any additional information, and/or to request a site visit. Large scale projects or those which result in major changes to the existing property may require approval from the POA's Board.
The AC requires specific, documented information to ensure proposed alterations comply with the Architectural Design Guidelines, the Declaration of Covenants, Condition, and Restrictions, and the Detached Structure Policy of POA. Failure to provide all the required information could delay processing your application.
You will need to have the following information prepared before starting this application:
- Drawing of the project and its location on your property
- Contractor contact information (or specify you will DIY)
- Proposed start date and completion date
- Pictures/samples of colors and materials
- Itemized list of materials
